Good if you know your vehicle, and the service advisor if not then get knowledge of both of them. It's tricky but good for your vehicle.
As it is Maruti Suzuki network it's good and parts are easily available with them but sometimes you have to wait. If your vehicle is under warranty do visit them time and maintain the periodic maintenance even after the free service.

Good service provider!!! But they are using some kind of oil all over the car while cleaning car body inculcated front and rear glass and just because of that oil driver facing much problem regarding to visuality! So please consider on such kind of things!!
